A little room that runs on regulars.
We opened Birch & Bean in an old flower shop on the corner, kept the big windows and filled the rest with plants. Most mornings we know your order before you reach the counter.
Our beans come from a roaster ten minutes away, our flour from a mill up the valley, and the playlist is chosen by whoever opens.
